Website Check audits the website you submit for a product, HS code and country and produces an overall score out of 100, a grade and a detailed report. To do this, the website's publicly available pages are fetched and analysed automatically, and the website address is stored with the run. Results are automated guidance for information only and are not legal, financial or trade advice; they can be incomplete or inaccurate, so verify important points before acting.

Only submit websites that you own or are authorised to audit. You are responsible for having that permission. Do not use the service to audit websites in a way that breaches the rights of their owners or any law.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful business purposes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

The service runs on prepaid credits. Each Website Check run consumes the number of credits shown in the app. Credits are deducted when a run starts and are returned automatically only when the run can't be started because our analysis service is unavailable or rejects the request, returns an invalid response, or the run can't be saved. Once a run starts processing, its credits are used; later processing failures are not refunded automatically. You can email us with the run details for review. Credits do not expire and accumulate across purchases. Prices and the applicable GST treatment shown at checkout apply to that purchase; we may change plan pricing for future purchases at any time. Free credits granted on signup or as goodwill carry no cash value and are not refundable.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are entered on the gateway and are not received by us. Credits are added to your balance once Razorpay confirms the payment. If a payment succeeds but credits are not reflected, contact us with your payment reference and we will reconcile it.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell or share access; do not republish reports in bulk or use the service to build data sets for onward sale.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties (hosting, data and analysis providers, payment gateway) and may be affected by their outages or by planned maintenance.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost business, lost opportunities or decisions made on the basis of a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. Unused credits on an account terminated for breach are forfeited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
